On OMI's initiative, the Sieni Fund was set up. This is an ongoing project, for which Havonos chairman Sieni Schouten collects money – instead of presents – every year on her birthday. Among other things, this money has made it possible for the poorest children, selected by OMI, to go to school.
Children from the poorest families also receive healthy, nutritious meals financed from this fund.
