2021: Under the inspiring leadership of Father Avalin, the learning/working farm has been expanded with stables and pens for pigs and chickens. A large additional well has been drilled with a water pump running on energy generating solar panels. From the well, irrigation pipes run across most of 50ha of land, giving the crops a greater chance of reaching maturity.
2023: The learning/working farm has had some setbacks, but is flourishing again like never before under the leadership of Father Suren, who has given a new boost with his energetic attitude and approach. This is partly due to the recently completed expansion: a plantation where coconuts, cashew nuts , and more are being cultivated. A welcome addition, but also a source of income for the farm. Father Suren still has a big wish: he really wants a garden greenhouse.
